Team Dugan and this website were established to help advocate for people with ALS, to stay connected with the people who I love, and to better coordinate and assist in some of the day-to-day tasks that I require assistance with. I'd like to thank my family and friends for their generosity and continued support as I continue my fight against ALS. In 2010, Michael Dugan graduated from The Ohio State University with a bachelor's degree in Business. At the age of 23, two days after his commencement ceremony, he was diagnosed with amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS), more commonly referred to as Lou Gehrig's Disease. Now 27 years old, Mike has been living with ALS for nearly four years and is continuing to live life to the fullest despite his diagnosis. Team Dugan and this website were established to share more about the best friend we call Dugan, his fight against ALS and to create awareness for a disease that doesn't receive enough attention.
